The top hook features a full-rotation swivel mechanism. This allows the block to self-align with the load, preventing the rope from twisting or binding during operation.
Each hook is equipped with a spring-loaded steel safety latch to ensure the block remains securely attached to the anchor point, even when the line is slack.
The sheave is housed within heavy-gauge steel cheeks (side plates). This design protects the wheel from impact damage and helps guide the rope back into the groove if misalignment occurs.
Unlike riveted throw-away blocks, our units feature a bolted center axle. This allows for easy disassembly, inspection, and maintenance of the sheave and bushing, extending the tool's usable life.
High-Visibility Finish: Finished with a durable industrial powder coating (Blue Body / Red Hook) to resist corrosion and ensure the equipment remains visible in cluttered work environments.
